Job description:

• Location: 3975 North Road, Suite 205, Burnaby, BC, V3J 1S2
• Salary: $21.50 hourly / 40 hours per Week
• Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
• Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Responsibilities:

• Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards
• Develop and implement security procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of premises
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or suspicious activities
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Respond to alarms and calls for assistance
• Provide direction and support to security staff during shifts

Credentials:

• Security Guard License
