Wage: $29.00 per hour for 40 hours per week
Job Requirements
Languages: English
Minimum Education: College Diploma
Minimum Experience: One year of Related Work Experience
Job Duties
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
- Post job advertisements and review all incoming applications
- Recruit graduates of colleges and other educational institutions
- Filter, screen, and contact applicants to arrange interviews
- Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
- Advise successful job applicants on terms and conditions of employment
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
- Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling, and recognition programs
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
- Supervise office helpers performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties
