Job summary:

• Establish and implement daily work load of housekeeping department • Coach and monitor the activities of housekeeping staff • Provide training, counseling and performance reviews for the housekeeping department • Ensure proper supplies and maintain inventory • Provide staffing, training and supervise housekeeping staff • Develop relationships and communicate effectively with all departments especially with the Housekeeping Department, Laundry, Warehouse and Property Managers

• Ensures adherence to the quality standards by inspecting rooms, including deep cleaning
