352999 B.C LTD. DBA: ROYAL LODGE MOTEL is looking for a “Book Keeper” for their motel situated at 580 Old Hope Princeton Way, Hope, BC. V0X 1L4

Salary: $25.20/ hour (40 hours per week)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

NOC: Bookkeeper (1311)

Qualification: Completion of Secondary School

Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk

Main duties:

• Prepare trial balance of books
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Maintain financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll and other bills
• Prepare tax returns, Perform personal bookkeeping services
• Calculate and submit tax remittance forms, worker’s compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
