Job description:


ViewTrack Technologies Inc., of 10607-82 Street, Edmonton, AB, T6A 3N2, is currently looking to hire one skilled Corporate Sales Manager in full time, on a permanent basis.

 

A minimum of three years of previous work experience as a Corporate Sales Manager is required for the position and the salary offered: $48.00/hour.

Qualifications:

Conversational fluency of English and Chinese languages is required.

A Bachelor's degree from a College or university; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Deliver annual sales and pieces growth targets while managing expenses for the sales area
  • Assist in advocating and supporting change to help meet customers’ needs and grow sales
  • Help drive sales promotions, customer incentives, and sales development support incentives
  • Prepare the annual sales plans and forecasts and manage the territory operating expenses
  • Negotiate new contracts with key local customers
  • Monitor and measure Sales results. Provide feedback, tools, and resources to the team to find solutions within territories.
  • Works closely with Business Resources and Marketing team, ensuring that commitments to the Sales team are delivered
  • Develop a work environment inclusive of all aspects of diversity and understand the benefits of different mindsets and skills
  • Communicates broadly and frequently the company's vision, direction, goals, performance against plan, changes, and expectations through participation in department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and informal conversations with employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Analyze factors which determine economic growth
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
