Job Duties:
• Co-coordinate the activities of construction workers
• Make estimates of quantities of materials and labour required
• Hire and train new construction workers
• Cooperate with other subcontractors, clients and adjust work schedules accordingly
• Resolve any work problems or complications
• Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc.
• Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures
• Prepare work progress reports
Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 23 lbs.
