Over the years we have been successful in developing and providing the most advanced enterprise media hosting solutions for a variety of industries and verticals including Governmental organizations, Learning institutions and Media companies.
We are looking for 1 passionate and motivated individual with high standards to join our dynamic team as the Professional services manager - business services. Duties:
• Video Hosting and digital assets software management;
• Planning, organizing and directing, the operations of the company that provides services to business with the advanced capabilities to Market, Teach and Engage through the use video, images and audio;
• Marketing, Sales and Customer Success Management;
• Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams
• Infostructure the relationship between the departments and with the R&D and Product team;
• Conduct hiring and training of new staff, as well as strategize the team operations;
• Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
• Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
• Represent the company within various economic and social organizations
Requirements:
• High school graduate is an asset.
• Personality suitable to communication effectively with customers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills which are particularly well suited to working with a variety of situations.
• Accustomed to working in fast moving environments requiring timely attention to details as well as unpredictable and changing conditions.
• Proven track record as a team member and effective communicator.
• Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met
• Permanent, full time position
• Previous experience as a computer programmer would be a great benefit, but not a must.
