Duties: 

• Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
• Maintain 100% commitment to a safe environment and positive customer experience.
• Hire and train cleaning staff.
• Coordinate activities with those of other departments and schedule cleaning assignments for optimum efficiency.
• Establish, implement and optimize cleaning and maintenance procedures.
• Prepare budget, estimate costs, and keep financial records.
• Assist cleaners in performing duties, may need to perform some light maintenance work.
