Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals for patrons as instructed by the chef
- Supervise kitchen helpers
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Set up and oversee buffets
- Clean kitchen and work area
- Train kitchen helpers
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

- Excellent communication skills with co-workers, front of house staff and supervisors
- Genuine culinary interest
- Strict adherence to following COVID protocols for safe cooking and food preparation
Educational Requirement: High school graduate or equivalent experience; graduates of culinary courses are preferred
Work Experience Requirement: - 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a line cook
