Job summary:

Alex Pallet is one of the only pallet companies in the greater Toronto area that offers recycled heat-treated pallets. These pallets have the proper certification to travel internationally. Alex Pallet can heat treat and certify recycled pallets, as well as new pallets. We will even heat treat a pallet that you build yourself, if that is what you need.

Alex Pallet is located at  in 5135 Creekbank Rd Mississauga​, ON.  L4W 1R3.At Alex pallet we build different types of pallets to fit our customer’s needs as well we process recycled heat-treated pallets. we are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual to work as:

Pallett Builder / Repair 1 position

wage $24.04/hour Full time

The job is lifting heavy wooden pallets Noisy, dusty, and physically demanding job, you will be on your feet all day working at a fast-paced environment

Languages -English

Education- High School

Experience:

1 year or experience in similar roles

 Responsibilities:

• Building and Repairing pallets with Power tools such as Nail guns and Grinders
• Assemble wooden skids/pallets together
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Good math skills at High school level
• Inspecting pallets is an important part of the position
• Lifting to 50lbs
• ensure customer satisfaction by providing highest quality products
• Ability to follow all safety precautions Working Environment

 Qualifications:

• Must have experience with Power tools such as Nail guns and Grinders.
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Hard working, Punctual and Reliable
• Safety equipment a must
• Good math skills at High school level
