Essential Skills:
Attention to detail, customer service, problem-solving, people management skills, positive attitude, time management, and organization skills.
Duties:
- Direct and coordinate the work of salespeople and cashiers.
- Keep track of inventory and place orders with distributors
- Create work schedules and assign duties to workers.
- Maintain and prepare reports of sales volumes and merchandising
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Hire and train new sales staff and monitor their performance.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store such as store displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- May be required to perform the same duties as workers supervised.
- May be required to perform Managerial duties, such as opening and closing the store, managing escalated complaints, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and signing for deliveries.
