Corporate Sales Manager

Our company is currently looking for a corporate sales manager.

Job duties

• Plan direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial and other establishments;
• Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts;
• Organize regional and divisional sales operations;
• Work with marketing manager to promote and establish new marketing region locally and broad, especially in China region;
• Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales;
• Determine strategic planning related to new product lines;
• Recruit, organize, train and manage staff;
• Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.

Skill Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in the related field;
• Demonstrated and exceptional leadership skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and databases required; Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Compensation:

$47-52/Hour
