Salary: $18.00 per hour

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Slicing machine, Manual cutting utensil, Power grinder
Specific Skills: Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, Remove bones from meat, Clean and prepare fish and shellfish, Cut fish into steaks and fillets, Prepare special orders, Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Work Setting: Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment
