Premium Laser Clinic, located in Markham, Ontario provides the experience and expertise of Physicians, Medical aestheticians and registered practitioner members of Canadian board and societies. Specially trained, the team utilizes a precise and targeted approach to the improvement of their patients’ skin and cosmetic features. Premium Laser Clinic treats each patient with the utmost care, compassion and concern. Extensive preparation and treatment follow-up is a signature of their commitment to the total care of their patients and their recovery. Premium Laser Clinic provides one of the few physician-supervised treatment in Markham for skin rejuvenation, body contouring, hair removal, acne, scarring and all other cosmetic skin care needs. The employer has identified the need for an Esthetic Services Manager, to manage this part of the business. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role, with College/CEGEP and the ability to supervise 5-10 people.

The prospective employee will need his/her own cellular phone and valid driver's licence.

We seek a person with sound Judgement, client focused, excellent oral communication, flexibility, effective interpersonal skills, team player, reliable, organized, excellent written communication. They should be familiar with hiring, training and supervising staff; as well as have the ability to establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, address customers' complaints or concerns, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
