The employer has identified the need for an Esthetic Services Manager, to manage this part of the business. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role, with College/CEGEP and the ability to supervise 5-10 people.
The prospective employee will need his/her own cellular phone and valid driver's licence.
We seek a person with sound Judgement, client focused, excellent oral communication, flexibility, effective interpersonal skills, team player, reliable, organized, excellent written communication. They should be familiar with hiring, training and supervising staff; as well as have the ability to establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, address customers' complaints or concerns, plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
