Duties:

• Mix and thin paint to obtain the desired colour and texture.
• Prepare and clean surfaces; remove old wallpaper and loose paint; repair cracks and holes in walls; and sandpaper.
• Provide assistance to painter in completing the job.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Assist painter to apply paint or other materials, such as stains, lacquer, enamel, and oil.
• Assemble and erect scaffolding and swing stages.
• Perform other activities, as directed.
