Job Duties Include:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of other staff
• Assign sales staff to duties
• Keep record of sales volumes, merchandising and employees matters
• Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
• Addressing the problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
