Job summary:

Location: 90 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Suite 1400, Mississauga, ON, L5B 3C3 Salary: $19.50 per hour Description: Full-time, 35 to 40 hours per week

Education Required: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Ability to supervise: 16-20 people

Specific Skills: Determine type and quantity of stock to grow, Develop marketing plans, Establish and maintain required environment, Maintain financial and personnel records, Organize and direct greenhouse and nursery operations, Provide product care and other information and service to customers, Supervise staff in planting, transplanting, feeding and spraying, Order materials and stock, Establish work schedules, Hire, train and supervise staff, Identify and control insect, disease and weed problems
