PIZZA TOWN & INDIAN CUISINE LTD is looking for a LINE COOK to join our team at their restaurant
located at 1041 Unit-A, Ridgeway Ave, Coquitlam, BC V3J 1S6, Canada

Position : LINE COOK (NOC: 6322)

Vacancy: 1

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Language: English 
Education : Completion of Secondary School. 
Experience : Minimum 1 year

Wage: C$ 17.50/hour

Working Hours: 8 Hours per day or 40 hours per week (Full-Time), Permanent

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year

 Line Cooks will perform the following duties:

• Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
• Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
• Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Help in planning menus; determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost.
• Be able to cook complete meals and individual dishes.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.

Cuisine Specialties: East Indian and Pizza 

Candidate should be willing to work on all shifts (Evening & weekend)
