Work Location: 360 Spadina Avenue, Toronto, ON, M5T 2G4
Salary: $38-$42 hourly for 35~40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent & Full time

Education: College diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of retail sales and management experience
Specific Skills:
Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
Knowledge of retail management best practices
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizing and leadership skills
Main Duties:
Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
Offer training and guidelines to improve customer service level
Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
Participate in the marketing and purchasing plan design to ensure the best and most suitable products to be sold
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts
Ensure the store fulfills all legal health and safety guidelines
Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development, and retention of staff
