JOB REQUIREMENTS

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Handling heavy loads, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

• Authorize payments by cheque,
• Authorize return of merchandise,
• Sell merchandise,
• Receive and post packages,
• Provide packing and shipping services to the customers,
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters,
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages,
• Organize and maintain inventory, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Order merchandise
