Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Permanent job.
Communication on daily basis with staff to maintain schedules. Creating and managing files and folders, client details. Answering phone calls, email response, and managing all billing.
Scheduling projects and coordinating with staff to meet the deadline. Billing and payment collection from clients.
Orders office supplies as well as equipment maintenance when needed. Printing, scanning projects, and other required documents.
