Job Description:

BEAMZ is a Canadian Software Company formed by tech experts in LiDAR and self-driving technology.

Based on vehicle classification, traffic intersection monitoring, mapping solutions and autonomous driving platforms, BEAMS has developed an advanced and robust perception of software. BEAMZ delivers a cost effective, modular and scalable solutions; this enables our users to experience custom solutions tailored to their requirements.

BEAMZ is looking for a CEO who can efficiently assist in the daily operations of our business.

Main Duties include:

• Establish objectives for the company and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
• Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
• Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.

Employment Requirements:

-          University degree in related field

-          2-3 years of managerial experience required

-          Experience supervising and managing others

-          Clear understanding and knowledge of autonomous vehicles and self-driving technology
