Job Duties:
- Impart IT/Computer software Specialized Trainings and courses to Individual student batches as well as corporate focus groups
- Research, Planning and preparation of teaching materials in accordance with Institutional Guidelines
- Any other relevant tasks
- Planning, preparing and researching teaching materials
- Effective and efficient delivery of training programs
- Teach students effectively using presentations, interactive sessions, and assignments.
- Maintain Continuous and up to date Professional Growth
- Communicate training needs and online resources to the management.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Vocational Skills Required:
- ITIL Process expert - Problem, Change, Incident and Knowledge management.
- Back-office securities trade settlement expert - Includes banking domain knowledge
- In-depth experience with technologies deployed in an Agile or Rapid Application development environment - J2EE, C++, DB2, Oracle, Change management processes and Embedded Software.
- Programming/Scripting languages: - Unix Shell Scripting • Perl • PL/SQL • Sybase Stored Procedures
- Operating Systems: - Windows • Linux/ Unix
- RDBMS: - Sybase • Oracle • SQL Server
- Transfer protocols: - FTP/SFTP • XML • SWIFT
- Expert on specific Tools: Tableau, JIRA, Service Now, Unix, Oracle, Sybase, Autosys, Netcool, Crystal Reports, Windows scheduler
