  • Job duties:

 

- Plan, direct, and analyze the activities or operations of the company

- Initiate and arrange workshops, conferences, ceremonies, and other events for the objectives of publicity.

- Develop, implement and assess communications strategies to inform clients, the general public about the activities of the company.

- Carry out specific publicity events to advertise the program of the company

- Conduct surveys of public opinion and attitudes.

- Make notes for each meeting, report business routine, and create newsletters and other material. 

- Assist the manager and other colleagues on media publicity and the company's further development and business plan.

- Take advantage of social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Wechat, Xiaohongshu, etc. to set up a company image, conduct public opinion surveys, and create a potential market.

 

  • Terms of employment: full-time permanent job

 

  • Language of work: English 

 

  • Wage: $ 36-40 CAD per hour

  • Education & Experience requirements:

- College Diploma

- At least 2 years of related work experience

 

  • Skills requirements:

 

Experience in marketing, sales, or public relations;

Feel comfortable to gather information, and meet clients’ perspectives; Eligible to conduct research, and produce communication materials;

Feel confident to host public events and orientation meetings;

Provide advertising or marketing promotion advice;

Respond to written and verbal inquiries from clients and other employees;

Proficient in English;

Teamwork player;

Excellent interpersonal skills.
