Job description:


Due to the development of the company, we are in now seeking an Administrative Assistant.

 

The nominee will work 30 hours per week with $29 per hour, the administrative Assistant job duties include, but are not limited to:

 

-Effectively handle phone and regular mail and email correspondence;

-Edit and format documents for various correspondence, reports, forms;

-Assist Realtors and Financial Advisors with file opening duties and related trust paperwork;

-Greet visitors; address their inquires and direct them to the proper appropriate person;

-Schedule and confirm appointments and meeting between clients and the other officers;

-Coordinate and record minutes of meetings;

-Collect payments, prepare invoices, reports and records;

-Maintain office supplies;

-Other administrative duties as required.

  

Requirements:

Education:

College diploma and above

 

Work Experience:

At least one year experiences in the administrative assistant related field.

 

Language:

Fluent in written and spoken English; language of Mandarin is an asset.
