UNITED PACIFIC PATROL  Has been Providing Security Services across BC. We are the provider of uniformed security guards on short- and long-term contracts to various businesses and organizations both commercial and residential. We are committed to ensuring the safety of our clients and the protection of their property with our professional service delivery and value.

We are currently searching for a User Support  Technician to join our team  to perform following duties:  Provide hardware, software, and connectivity support to end-user desktop/laptop, LAN, WAN and mobile equipment's (android), adhering to IT sta Communicate with security guards over phone or via e-mail to identify, resolve and document problems relating Android OS and 'Tracktik' application and logging in ticketing system Follow user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions related to standard technical troubleshooting. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workstations and PC system hardware, software, and network connectivity.  Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot onsite Android powered phones for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of applications and configure and activate newly purchased Android mobile devices and perform OS and software upgrades ,provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties. Install/Replace NFC tags at new sites and link them to 'TrackTik' application.  Supervise and provide 'Tracktik' application orientation to newly hired security guards in the company .  Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties. Diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users Build and maintains strong customer relationships and high level of customer satisfaction
