Job Duties:
- Providing administration support to the team and following up with other internal department and external entities, customers and suppliers.
- Filing and keeping records manually and computerized of customers and suppliers, also compile all the company and employee’s data.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Arranging and confirming meetings with customers. Attending and taking minutes of meetings that should be recorded.
- Answering phone calls and checking the mails, proof reading for presentation and marketing material.
- Following up and assisting the Finance personnel with the payments and invoices by keeping records of all expenses.
- Assisting in conference registrations and travel arrangement for the team when needed.
- Ensure that the policies and procedures are well followed, also establishing new procedures when required
- Ordering and taking charge of all office stationery and keeping records of the inventory.
- Ability of providing training for the new joiners with their job duties and company’s assigned software.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Establish work schedules, Mentor staff.
Education & Experience Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Post-Secondary Training and/or one year of work experience in the field.
