• Consulting with senior management to formalise policies and procedures and standard operating procedures concerned with the development, operation and maintenance of telecommunications services
• Directing and controlling telecommunications traffic volume and flow within assigned areas by delegating work to subordinate supervisors and technical staff
• Analyzing and evaluating telecommunications installation, operation and maintenance services and making recommendations for improvement of the existing systems
