Meat Cutter
-Position: Meat Cutter
-Vacancy: 1
-Work Hours: 6~8 hours per day or 30~40 hours per week (Full-time), Permanent
-Wage: $18.00~19.00 per hours (depending on experience)
-Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year
Job Duties:
-Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat, poultry, fish and shellfish
-Remove bones form meat
-Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
-Grind meats and slice cooked meats using powered grinders and slicing machines
-Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats, poultry of fish and wrap prepared meats, poultry
-Manage inventory, keep records of sales and determine amount, freshness of products according to company and customer requirement
-Ensure food storage conditions are adequate
Job Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of related experience or
Completion of a college or other meat-and fish-cutting training program or three-year meat cutting apprenticeship may be required
-Language: English is required
-Education: Completion of Secondary School
