Job description:
Diamond Stacking Co. Ltd is urgently looking for Ten (10) Full-time, permanent Labourer- Wood Processing (NOC 9614) for their company based at #16/17, 8236 128 St, Surrey, BC- V3W 4G2
Wages: $22.50/hr. for 40 hours/week
Benefits: As per BC employment standards act + 4% Vacation pay on each schedule pay cheque.
Work Location: Various Locations business based at #16/17, 8236 128 St, Surrey, BC- V3W 4G2
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of High School is required.
- Not Required, On Job training will be provided
- Basic English
Duties to be performed:
- Sorting, cutting and processing of wooden logs.
- Operate and maintain various machines and equipment’s
- Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
- Load and unload dry kilns.
- Sort and stack goods
- Make labels and attach to goods;
- Pack, wrap and unwarp goods
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Feed conveyors, hoppers, saws and other machines
- Do the cleaning of processing machines and work areas
- Assist other workers when required.
Work Conditions:
- Able to lift and pile wood material manually.
- Combination of sitting, Standing, walking.
