We, Fox Creek Development 2011 Ltd. o/a Fox Creek ESSO are looking for a Retail Supervisor located at 311-1 Ave, Fox Creek, AB, T0H 1P0. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants.)
Title: Retail Supervisor

Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- At least 1-2 years of sales experience
Offer: $19.00/hr-$20.00/hr depending on experience, based on 30-36 hr/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be paid after 8hrs/day, and 44hrs/wk
Work location: 311-1 Ave, Fox Creek, AB, T0H 1P0
Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent (Part-Time is also welcome)

Duties:
- Oversee activities of store staff, which includes working on floor, and the cashiers,
- Involve advising staff, training new staff, and scheduling shifts,
- Ensure that price is correct, deliveries are made on time, counts are accurate, and always remaining items without unnecessary wastes,
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and orderly, and make sure shelves are stocked,
- Help its financial goals; Includes evaluating the number of stocks remaining and sold stocks
- Help, drive, motivate, and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Utilize computers to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning
- Keep detailed records, such as expenditure reports, sales, and staff performance,
- Help customers’ questions to find items, return of merchandise & perform,
- Handle comments, complaints, and more in a professional manner,
- Cover additional shifts as necessary to meet the operational needs of the store,
- Sell merchandises to customers if necessary
