 Location: Suite 207, 6321 King George Blvd. Surrey, BC, V3X 1G1

 Salary: $23.10 / hour

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Additional Skills: Delegate work to office support staff

Specific Skills: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, Schedule and confirm appointments, Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, Answer electronic enquiries, Order office supplies and maintain inventory, Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents, Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
