1381603 Ontario Inc. O/A Massey’s Production located at 127 Dufferin Ave, Trenton, ON K8V 5E2 requires 1 Business Coordinator on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $27.00 per hour for 40 hours per week. Must have 3 to 5 years of experience. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be provided. JOB DUTIES OF BUSINESS COORDINATOR:
- Overall co-ordination between the parent company and other sister companies within the Group of Companies
- Invite quotes from suppliers on behalf of company and award contracts according to negotiated terms for the supply of raw materials and supplies.
- Liaise with Marketing Staff on developing strategies and plans for the Canadian and global markets
- Assist purchasing team in sourcing material from around the world.
- Meet with large volume order clients for setting the specifications, price quotation and finalising the negotiations
- Demand and evaluate periodical reports and feedback from all location managers and make suggestions/recommendations to the President
- Relationship management with B2B Customers and Handling customer complaints, if any
- To prepare periodical growth analysis reports based upon company fundamentals and market research.
- Constant contact and communication with managers and/supervisors to ensure the following:
- Compliance with company standards and procedures
- Compliance with workplace safety for workers
- Timely delivery of all orders
- Accompany CEO to trade shows and conferences and be able to represent the company to various stake holders from Healthcare, Automotive, Hospitality industry to tap new clients.
- Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the Brand ‘Masseys Production’.
