Job description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service experience to all individuals visiting stores
- Assist the store in driving sales and profitability through set targets and promotions
- Support the control of costs by working with management on cost-saving initiatives
- Efficiently track and monitor inventory and store shrinkage
- Monitor staff behavior/operations and provide feedback to store Manager as necessary
- Drive team performance through engagement initiatives
- Train staff on updated operational policies and procedures as communicated
- Assist on training and development of team members with support from store Manager
- Receive product deliveries and put away when necessary
- Maintain a food-safe and sanitary environment
Required Education & Experience;
- FoodSafe Certification is mandatory and up to date
- Completion of high school diploma is mandatory;
- A diploma or certificate in Business Administration is preferred
- 2+ years of experience in health supplement industry is an asset
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or food service industry
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail management environment is required
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills;
- Advanced English language knowledge;
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Must demonstrate good verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Possess a strong knowledge of nutrition and supplements
- Adapt and learn quickly to new products/procedures as business requires
- Expert in both retail management and in-store systems, policies, and procedures
- Possess the importance of maintaining a clean and sanitary environment
- Must be able to work under moderate supervision and troubleshoot team’s questions/concerns
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Body Energy Club products and leading a healthy lifestyle
Pay Rate/ Salary: $22 per hour
Full-time- 40 hours per week
