Job Duties
• Supporting bookkeeping and budgeting services
• Coordinate with present renovation sites, note requirements and assist in procurement of materials.
• Co-ordinate with logistics, Insurance and maintenance services
• Research and fill out forms from different vendors as needed
• Assist in basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Paying bills and basic bookkeeping
• Preparing quotes and contracts
• File and binder organization
• Responsible for day-to-day administration of email, phone calls, scheduling etc.
• Act as liaison with building departments as appropriate
• Act as liaison between Owner and others (ie. External contacts, subcontractors, clients, etc.)
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Experience and Education
• High school graduation certificate is the minimum requirement
• Experience 1 to 2 years related to office administration is required
Requirements
• Requires the knowledge about computer application (MS Office, MS Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
Salary, working hours
$ 26.00 per hour 35 hours per week
