Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 1 or more years of work experience as Bookkeeper

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available, Willing to travel

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks

Work Location Information: On-site customer service, Relocation costs covered by employer

Personal Suitability: Team player, Client focus, Accurate, Organized, Reliability

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MYOB, MS Word, Quick Books, MS Excel, Simply Accounting

Specific Skills: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Reconcile accounts, Post journal entries, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
