Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job details:

Salary: $31.50 CAD Per Hour

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time, 30 hours per week

Overtime: $47.25 CAD per hour (post 44 hours weekly)

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Morning, Day, Weekend

Job requirements:

Languages: English is a mandatory language

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Office, MS PowerPoint

Specific Skills:

• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
• Collaborating with the company director on marketing strategies 
• Working with various types of software for digital marketing
• Creating marketing materials such as case studies, and presentations
• Maintaining the marketing database to provide support for future business enhancement
• Updates competitor database by inputting data from field sales; compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizinginformation, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports
• Supports sales presentations by assembling quotations, proposals, videos, slide shows, demonstration and productcapability booklets; compiling account and competitor analysis
• Prepares mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics; arranging printing
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
