Job description:
Job type: Full-time and permanent
Job Location: 140 Heron Drive, Stratford, PE, C1B 0L6
Salary: $ 20 to 25 hourly, 40 hours a week
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation per year, WCB insurance, and other benefits as per company policy.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with the sales team.
- Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, market trends and competitive landscape and act as a resource for other team members.
- Draft out and edit marketing content for multiple digital and print platforms, such as ads, social media posts, videos to diverse audiences.
- Timely organize and implement effective marketing campaigns based on the latest updates to the company's housing resources, renovation services, and potential clients.
- Carry out marketing strategies, expand target market and assess marketing process to help shape and improve future marketing strategies.
- Develop online and offline marketing channels and maintain good relationships with external partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with management experience;
- College diploma or equivalent experience;
- E-commercial or online marketing operation experience an asset
- Superior interpersonal skills & excellent communication skills;
- Ability to take initiative with sound decision-making skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Good English communication skills.
