Barcode Group is the brand owner and wholesales distributor of three lines of business in beverage, food/coffee, and sports products. Jaguar Beverage is the core business of the company with a focus on producing and introducing world-class non-alcoholic beverages such as energy drink, water, juices, beer and etc to market.

Job description:


Barcode Group Trading is hiring for a full time permanent Sales and Promotions Co-ordinator.

 

Start date: ASAP
Pay rate: $28/hour
Hours per week: 40
Location: West Vancouver, BC

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and develop sales plans 

 - Assess characteristics of products to be promoted and implement the promotion plans 

 - Promote awareness of our brand and provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of products

 - Plan and document sales promotions

 - Develop consistent and aligned sales and promotional strategies

 - Coordinate sales plan with excellence to ensure alignment across strategies, targets and goals 

 - Consult with clients after sale or signed contracts to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support

 - Develop, implement, and evaluate cross sales strategies for existing accounts

 - Staying current in the market and continually building and developing business related knowledge on all product 

 - Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other material related to products

  - Prepare sales contracts, contract terms and delivery dates

 - Be accountable for the success of the distribution of various brands and products

 - Comfortable and willing to lead training / product knowledge sessions

 - Acting as a primary point of contact for B2B customers 

 - Develops accurate and timely promotional materials by inputting client information in order to create a promotional calendar

 - May supervise the activities of sales representatives

  

Job requirements:

Education: College in marketing, management, communications or related disciplines
Experience: At least 2-3 years experience
Experience in Wholesale trades -Beverage and Coffee products- is an asset
Language of work: English
Personal Suitability: Initiative; Effective interpersonal skills; Team player; Organized
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Superior Networking skills and a “can-do” attitude
MS Excel; MS PowerPoint; MS Word; MS Outlook
