Salary: from $15.00/hr, commensurate with qualifications and experience

Job Duties
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruit and other foodstuffs using electric and manual appliances
Sharpen kitchen knives
Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and clean garbage containers
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and
equipment
Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
Perform other duties as required to assist all kitchen staff
Skill Requirements
Language: fluent English
Education: completion of high school
Experience: 1-2 years
