Job details:

Location: 1979, 1226 Gordon Avenue, The Pas MB

Salary: $13.75 / hour

Vacancies: 3 Vacancy

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 40 hours / week

Start date: As soon as possible

Employment conditions: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Weekend, Night

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Completion of secondary school is usually required.

Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline

or equivalent experience

Experience: 1 years to less than 2 years in food preparation or service

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Specific Skills:

• Supervise staff and maintain high level of customer service;
• Manage inventory and place orders as per the need;
• Assist management in hiring and training new staff (if needed);
• Oversee sanitation of the store and safety of the staff;
• Compose employees shift schedule;
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the staff;
• Ensure food quality is maintained to the company's standards;
• Keep track of ingredients and other food inventory lists, and place orders as needed.
