Permanent Position: Residential Construction Supervisor (NOC: 7204)

Terms of Employment:  Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)

Wage Rate:  $35.10 per hour (37.50 hours per week)

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: High School

Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience

Language: English.

Job Duties:

• Co-coordinate the activities of construction workers
• Make estimates of quantities of materials and labor required
• Hire and train new construction workers
• Cooperate with other subcontractors and clients and adjust work schedules accordingly
• Resolve any work problems or complications
• Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc.
• Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures
• Prepare work progress reports

Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
