Job Description: Prepare and cook specialty curry, toondari dishes and other Indian sauces like Fish curry, Butter Chicken etc. Check the quality and freshness of ingredients. May need to wash peel and cut vegetables. Inspect the kitchen area. Organize and manage buffets. Determine size of food proportions and ensure that food preparation and serving areas are clean; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. Monitor and order supplies. Plan menus, train the kitchen helpers and staff in preparation, cooking and handling of the food. Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. Follow all the safety procedure. Must be flexible with working hours.
Employment Requirements: Completion of secondary school is must and must be non-smoking. Be able to stand for long hours continuously.
