1150406 BC LTD (DBA: HellCrust Pizza) is looking for a “FOOD SERVICE MANAGER” to join our team located at 4700 Kingsway Suite E9, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4M1

Position: Food Service Manager

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $26.50 hourly for 40 hours per week

Food Service Manager (NOC 0631) will have to perform all of these duties:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the outlet
•  Implement operational procedures as per services
• Hiring more staff when needed and manage staff training
• Inspect performance of the staff and set staff work schedules
• Modify procedures and regulate inventory, monitor the generation of revenue
• Resolve customer complaints
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and are up to date
• Oversee plans and schedules with suppliers for food and other ingredients
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering options
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

Additional Skills

• Conduct performance reviews; Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms; Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements
• Completion of college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required. • 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience is required. • English is required. The employment is full time and permanent.
