Job description:

General Manager - Full Time Permanent Position

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
• Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
• Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
• Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization.
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
• Oversee control and management of HR policies
• Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course corrections

Compensation & Hours:

Salary : CAD $63.50 per hour (Overtime paid CAD $95.25 per hour after 44 hours of work per week; and 4% Holiday pay will be accrued)

Working hours : Minimum 30 hours per week

Career Level : Minumum of 5 to 7 years of experience with minimum Bachelors Level of education

Job Status : One Full Time Permanent position for the title: "General Manager"
