The Famous Owl of Minerva Hamilton
309 Main Street East, Hamilton ON L8N 1H8

Position: Cook (NOC 6322)

Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual Korean cuisine dishes and meals
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May hire and train kitchen staff

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Wage: $40.00/hr, 30 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in commercial food preparation
- Language: Speak English, Read English and Write English
