Minimum Education Required: Completion of a college diploma or other program related to food and beverage service management is required or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience of Supervisory/Management experience.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations around the restaurant
• Hire staff and oversee staff training, set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Manage and lead a team of supervisors, assistant managers, and crew members.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Ensure health and safety by ensuring the staff is following all rules, regulations, and policies.
• Participate in food and safety inspections.
• Maintains critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, and cleanliness.
• Check inventory and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Provide customer service.
• Maintain food quality standards for the restaurant.
• Manages food labor, and other controllable expenses, works with the restaurant management team to meet profit objectives.
• Effectively implement national and co-op promotions to maximize sale potential.
• Conduct in-restaurant implementation of new products and services, executes local store marketing plans to maximize sales potential within the community.
• Inspires a team, instill a sense of pride, and create a culture that helps deliver the world’s best quick service restaurant experience.
• Effectively use pre-shift, and shift planning tools to ensure optimum QSC.
• Ensure that the physical plant of the restaurant, including equipment, building, landscaping, and drive-thru, are well maintained.
• Ensure all administration duties are executed efficiently and promptly.
