Wage Rate: $25.00/hour, 40 hours per week.

Education: high school
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the field is required.
Job duties:
- Organise and coordinate the work of farm workers.
- Manage the overall operations of a farm.
- Plant and cultivate crops.
- Establishing a marketing program.
- Maintaining farm machinery, seeds and other supplies.
- Keeping financial and production records.
- Hiring and supervising farm workers.
- Assisting in the development of farm safety.
- Carrying out other farm activities.
