Wage rate: $20.00/hour, 40 hours per week
Benefits: relocation expenses will be provided and medical will be covered for first three months if required.
Necessities are: -
Language: English
Education: high school
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience is required.
Job Duties:
- Supervise the working of general farm workers and harvest labourers.
- Coordinate and provide guidelines to general farm workers for work.
- Supervising breeding and harvesting programs.
- Look at overall growth and keep a check on all plants for a qualitative yield.
- Maintaining quality controls and production records.
- Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed.
- Develop work schedules.
- Should perform all the general farm activities.
