RESPONSABILITIES:
• Manage staff and assign duties
• Oversee the hiring, training, supervision and motivation of staff
• Determine consumer demand, by market research, trends, and maintaining statistical records
• Develop and implement marketing strategies, preparing promotional material and displays in store
• Plan, direct and evaluate operations of store
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold and, implement pricing, and overseeing stock control
• Manage budgets and maximising profitability, meeting sales targets
• Select and procure merchandise and services offered
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Resolve customers queries and complaints
REQUIREMENTS:
• Completion of Secondary School
• Post secondary degree is an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience
Work Location: Same as company address
Salary: $ 30.50-32.50 per hour
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
